       Title: SPICY SHRIMP AND PORK SALAD  (YAM VIETNAM)

       Yield: 6 servings
  
     1/2 ts Coriander seeds; ground             1 ts Sugar
       3    Garlic cloves; minced             1/4 ts Dried ground chili peppers
       1 ts Fresh ground black pepper           2 c  Cooked pork; cubed small
       3 tb Vinegar                             1 lb Cooked shrimp; diced small
       3 tb Lime or lemon juice                 1    Cucumber; peeled and sliced
       1 ts Salt                                1 ts Mint
  
   Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt,
   sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber. Toss lightly.
