   HI FELLOW DAK LOVERS. I HAVE HAD MY TURBO II FOR THREE WEEKS AND LOVE
   IT. HAVE HAD ONLY ONE MISHAP WITH RAISIN BREAD AND I WILL TRY USING
   THE FOUR HOUR CYCLE AS SUGGESTED. THANKS FOR THE TIP. IN RETURN I
   WANT TO OFFER A RECIPE FOR THE BEST ITALIAN BREAD *** (VKGS07A) I'VE
   EVER TASTED, IF I CAN BRAG A LITTLE. I STARTED WITH THE FRENCH BREAD
   RECIPE IN THE DAK BOOK WHICH CALLS FOR EGG WHITES BUT I SUBSTITUTED
   EGG BEATERS WHICH I BEAT FOR A MINUTE OR TWO AND THEN ADDED AFTER THE
   DRY AND WET INGREDIENTS HAD MIXED SOME. TO THE DRY INGREDIENTS I
   ADDED THE EXTRAS WHICH THE DAK BOOK LISTS IN THE SPAGHETTI BREAD
   RECIPE, 1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE, ITALIAN SPICES (OREGANO AND BASIL)
   AND A HEALTHY CHUNK OF CHOPPED GARLIC. I USED THE FRENCH BREAD CYCLE
   AND THIS MADE A HIGH, LIGHT WONDERFUL LOAF TO EAT WITH YOUR FAVORITE
   PASTA OR PARMESAN RECIPE. LET ME KNOW IF ANY OF YOU TRY IT AND LIKE
   IT.
