1.5 cups fresh basil leaves
 2-5 cloves garlic peeled
 1/4 (or less) pine nuts
 1/4 or less parmesan cheese grated
 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
 Put basil, garlic, nuts, cheeze in blender and turn on.  Drizzle in the 
 lemon juice and continue to puree until smooth paste is formed.  
 makes 3/4 cup pesto  fat per 1/2 T = 1.1 grams
