       Title: Tomato Batter
  Categories: Italian, Batters
       Yield: 1 chicken
  
     1/2 c  Flour
     1/2 c  Milk
     1/2 c  Chopped tomatoes, well
            -drained
     1/2    Onion, chopped
       2    Parsley sprigs, minced
     1/4 t  Salt
     1/8 t  Black pepper
  
   In bowl, beat flour and milk into smooth batter. Mix in tomatoes,
   onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Makes enough to coat one chicken.
