       Title: SORBETTO DI PESCA BIANCA (WHITE PEACH SORBET)

   1 1/2 lb White peaches
     1/2 c  Granualted sugar
       2 tb Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  
   Wash peahces, then peel them and chop coarsely after
   removing pit. Put peaches and sugar in food
   processor;blend until liquified. Add lemon juice and
   blend for a few seconds longer. Transfer to ice cream
   maker and freeze according to manufacturer;s
   instructions.
