                               Baked Bananas

    2      Large         or 3 small bananas
      1/2  C.            miniature marshmallows
    2      Tbsp.         brown sugar
    1      C.            corn flakes cereal
    1      Tbsp.         margarine -- melted
 
 Heat oven to 375 degrees. Peel bananas and cut lengthwise in
 halves. Place cut sides up in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle
 bananas with sugar and marshmallows. Cover with cornflakes and
 sprinkle melted margarine over top. Bake about 10 minutes or
 until bananas are heated through and marshmallows puffy. Don't
 overbake or bananas will be mushy. This is one of our break- 
 fast favorites.
