                            Nut-Crusted Bananas

                         honey
                         lemon juice
                         Macadamia nuts or California walnuts
 
 Peel fully ripe bananas. Cut in half lengthwise, then
 crosswise. Dip bananas in a mixture of equal parts honey and
 lemon juice. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with crushed
 Macadamia or walnuts.
