                                BULGUR PILAF

    1       tb           Plus 1 teaspoon veg. oil
      1/2   c            Chopped onions
      2/3   c            Bulgur, uncooked
    1 1/3   c            Water
      1/2   ts           Paprika
    1       tb           Dried parsley flakes
      1/8   ts           Dried thyme
      1/4   ts           Dried oregano
 
   Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add
   onions an bulgur. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
   
   Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
   Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 15 minutes,
   until water has been absorbed.
   
   Fluff with a fork before serving.
   
   Per serving:  145 cal, 4 g prot, 5 g. fat, 23 g. carb,
   6 mg sod, 0 mg chol
