       Yield: 6 servings
       4 c  Cooked rice
     1/2 c  Roasted peanuts, chopped
     1/4 c  Butter
     1/4 c  Honey
       1 ts Cinnamon
     3/4 ts Ginger
            Chopped Parsley
   Combine rice and peanuts.  Set aside and keep warm.  Combine butter and
   honey in a saucepan, cook over low heat just until butter melts. Stir in
   cinnamon and ginger.  Pour over rice, stirring well.  Garnish with parsley.
