    1       T            Grated Ginger Root
    1       c            Chopped Celery
      1/2   c            Raisins
      1/2   c            Chopped Walnuts
    2       T            Honey
      1/3   c            Orange Juice
 
    Combine above ingredients and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. Nice,
   garnished with slices of orange and mint leaves.
