                             Taffy Apple Salad

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
    3                    delicious apples -- diced
    3                    granny Smith apples -- diced
    1      20 Oz Can     crushed pineapple (drained-save juice)
    2      Cups          dry roasted peanuts -- chopped
    2                    eggs -- whipped well
    2      Tablespoons   flour
    2      Tablespoons   cider vinegar
    1      16 Oz. Tub    cool whip
    1      Cup           sugar
 
 Soak apples in pineapple juice.  Drain juice and dispose.  Mix remaining
 ingredients.

 NOTES : This makes a great big bowl of salad.  An excellent dish for pot
 lucks.
 If you are worried about the raw eggs....just omit them....I always do and it
 turns out great!!!
