Frozen Fruit Salad
 
 1 8 oz. Cream Chese - Softened
 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
 1 cup Whipping cream (Heavy Cream)
 1 large can Fruit Cocktail - Drained
 3 Bananas - Diced
 1/2 cup Maruschino Cherries - Diced
 1/2 cup Dates - Diced
 12 Large Marshmellows - cut into small pieces
 
 With mixer, combine cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
 Stir in all fruit and dates.
 In a small bowl, whip heavy cream until creamy and smooth.
 Gently fold whipped cream into fruit and cream cheese mixture.
 
 Pour into loaf dish - cover with foil or plastic, wrap and place in freezer
 until frozen.
