       Title: FRUIT SALAD

       Yield: 10 servings

      20 oz Can sliced pineapple
       4    Bananas
       3 lg Apples
            DRESSING
     1/2 c  Sugar
       3 tb Flour
       2 tb Butter
       2    Eggs, beaten
       1 tb Lemon juice
  
   Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set fruit aside while making
   dressing. In the top of a double boiler mix sugar, flour and eggs.
   Add 1 cup juice from pineapple. Cook until thick. Remove from heat
   and add butter. When cool, add lemon juice. Dice fruit and mix with
   dressing. Chill. Serve in a salad bowl or on crisp lettuce leaves.
   Garnish with nuts, grapes or maraschino cherries if desired.
