                            Broccoli Salad Mold

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2      Pkgs          Frozen Broccoli Spears -- <OR>
    1      Bunch         Fresh Broccoli -- cook & chop lightly
    4                    Hard-Boiled Eggs -- chopped
    1      Tbsp          Gelatin
      1/4  C             Cold Water
    1      C             Condensed Consommé
      3/4  C             Mayonnaise
    4      Tbsp          Worcestershire Sauce
    2      tbsp          Lemon Juice
    1      dash          Tabasco Sauce
    1      Scant Tbs.    Salt
 
 Mix the broccoli and eggs.  Soften the gelatin in cold water and add heated
 consommé.  Stir until the consommé dissolves the gelatin; then add the rest
 of the ingredients and pour over the broccoli and eggs.  Mix well.  Pour
 into a ring mold or 12 individual molds.  Refrigerate until firm.  Serve
 with fresh garden lettuce and homemade mayonnaise.
