* Exported from MasterCook * Baby Bok Choy Steamed with Orange Zest and Ginger Recipe By : Pat Hanneman 07/26/98 (Sun) Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:10 Categories : Vegetables <T> {Mailing List} Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 baby bok choy each 6-to-8-inches long 1 tablespoon orange zest -- julienne or grated 1/4 teaspoon ginger infused sesame oil OR minced ginger -- to taste Rinse the boy choy well. Cut in half lengthwise Place bok choy in a single layer on a rack in a steamer, cut side up. Sprinkle with the orange zest and put a portion of the ginger-oil on the heart of the vegetable.
