In large skillet heat corn oil over medium heat. Add onion; cook, stirring , 5 minutes. Add cabbage and apple; stirring occasionally, cook 10 minutes or until tender. 2. Stir in apple juice, creamy mustard blend, brown sugar and vinegar.
