       Title: SWEET AND SOUR RED CABBAGE AND APPLES

       Yield: 2 servings
  
       1 lg Garlic clove
      12 oz Red cabbage
       2 ts Sesame oil
       1 lb Granny smith apples
     1/4 c  Apple cider vinegar
       1 tb Soy sauce, low sodium
       1 tb Honey
     1/2 ts Ground ginger
            Ground pepper -- to taste
  
   With a food processor, shred red cabbage and mince
   garlic clove.  Heat oil in
   a large nonstick pan and add garlic and cabbage.
   Saute over medium heat.
   
   Wash, core, and cut apples into bite-size chunks.  Add
   apples to cabbage and
   stir well.  Add remaining ingred.  Cover and cook over
   low heat til apples are tender, abt 7 min.
