* Exported from MasterCook Mac * Peas with Cauliflower in Yogurt-Cumin Sauce Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Side dishes, vegetables* Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3/4 pound fresh English peas 2 cups water 4 cups small cauliflower flowerets 1/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 1 dash white pepper Shell and wash peas. Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a large saucepan; add peas and cauliflower. Cover and cook 7 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain well, and place in a bowl. Add salt; toss well. Combine yogurt and next 4 ingredients; stir well. Pour over cauliflower mixture; toss gently. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
