---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04 Title: PUMPKIN VEGETABLE DISH Categories: Vegetables Yield: 1 Servings 3 tb Butter 2 1/4 lb Pumpkin, fresh 1/2 c Meat stock ;Salt & Pepper to taste Sugar; to taste Vinegar; to taste 2 tb Dill, fresh; finely chopped 2 tb Parsley, fresh; finely chop Peel and clean pumpkin and cut into sticks. In a large skillet, melt the butter, and braise the pumpkin sticks. Add the meat stock, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 8 minuts, or until fork-tender. Season to taste.
