                         Spinach With Sesame Seeds

    3      Pounds        Fresh Spinach
      1/4  Cup           Sesame Seeds
    2      Tablespoons   Light Soy Sauce
                         Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
                         Freshly Ground Pepper -- To Taste
 
 1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
 
 2.  Wash the spinach and discard any tough stems.  Place the spinach in 
 a saucepan with only the water that clings to the leaves.  Do not 
 season.  Cover, bring to a boil, and cook just until leaves wilt, 
 stirring once or twice.  Drain well and keep warm.
 
 3.  Meanwhile, scatter the sesame seeds in a small skillet and bake for 
 5 to 10 minutes, until brown, stirring occasionallly.  Remove from the 
 oven. 
 
 4.  Place spinach in a serving dish and add toated sesame seeds and 
 remaining ingredients.
