1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained
 1 (8 oz) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
 1 (8 oz) container of fat-free plain yogurt w/acidophilus
 1 tbsp. lemon juice
 2 tbsp. of seasoned bread crumbs (1 gram fat)
 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (3 grams fat)
 
 Microwave cream cheese, yogurt, and lemon juice until cheese is soft
 and stirable. Add spinach, stir. Sprinkle bread crumbs & Parmesan 
 cheese. Reheat until mixture is bubbly. 4 servings. I figured 1 gram of
 fat per serving. You could run it through your recipe masters to make
 sure.
