                     Horseradish, Dill & Walnut Spinach

    1      tablespoon    canola oil
    1      small         onion -- thinly sliced
    1      10 pkg.       frozen spinach -- thawed
                         (or 2 cups packed fresh spinach)
    1      tablespoon    white horseradish
    1      tablespoon    fresh dill or 1 teas. dried
    1      tablespoon    water
      1/4  cup           walnuts -- chopped
 
 In skillet, heat oil.  Ad onion; saute until translucent.  Add spinach,
 horseradish, dill and 1 tablespoon water.  Saute until spinach is soft.  Stir
 in walnuts and serve.
