                              Stewed Tomatoes

    1                    onion
    1      Stick         celery
    1      Tbsp.         margarine
    1      Pinch         sugar -- salt, garlic
                         salt -- celery salt, onion
                         salt -- Season-All seasoned
                         salt and black pepper
 
 Put tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes, then
 take out and remove skin. Cut in half and place in pot, along
 with all the seasonings. Cook until soft. In the meantime,
 cut onion in 1/2-inch cubes. Saute in margarine until soft.
 They will look shiny. When tomatoes are soft, add onions. Cut
 celery into 1/2-inch cubes and cook in a separate pot. When
 soft, add to tomatoes and onions. If using canned tomatoes,
 add a little more sugar and less seasonings.
