                       Tomatoes Stuffed with Broccoli

    4       ea           Tomatoes
   10       oz           Chopped broccoli, frozen
    6       oz           Roll cheese food w/garlic
      1/4   ts           Salt
      1/4   ts           Pepper
 
       Cut a 1/2 slice off top of each tomato; reserve for other uses.
   Care- fully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.  Reserve pulp for
   other uses. Invert shells on paper towels to drain.
       Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.  Position
   knife blade in food processor bowl; add broccoli and remaining
   ingredients to bowl, and process until smooth.  Spoon broccoli
   mixture evenly into tomato shells.  Place stuffed tomatoes in a
   lightly greased 9 square baking dish. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or
   until thoroughly heated.
