                            Breakfast Casserole

    2      tablespoons   vegetable oil
    1      pound         ground turkey sausage
    4      tablespoons   chopped green onions
    6      cups          cubed French bread
    2      cups          shredded mild cheddar cheese
    2 2/3  cups          skim milk
    1 1/4  cups          frozen egg substitute -- thawed
                         or
    5                    eggs -- beaten
    2      teaspoons     prepared mustard
    1      teaspoon      ground black pepper
 
 This recipe can be prepared the night before in the removable Crock-Pot, refrig
 erated and then turned on in the morning for an excellent tasty brunch.
 
 In a skillet brown turkey sausage and green onions in vegetable oil.  Drain mea
 t.  coat Crock-Pot wiht cooking spray and place bread cubes in bottom.  Layer s
 ausage mixture and cheese over bread.  Combine milk, egg substitute, prepared m
 ustard, and pepper.  Pour over sausage and cheese.  Cover and cook on High for 
 3 to 4 hours.
