I cup of ff plain yogurt
 1 banana
 1/2 cup of grape nuts
 
 Scoop out yogurt in a bowl, add sliced banana and top with grape nuts. BTW, 
 grape nuts would make a good crunchy snack. I don't believe that grape nuts 
 has any added fats or sugar other than what is found naturally in the 
 grains. Please correct me if I am wrong. (This is the risk I am taking -- 
 sending off emails from work with my kitchen nearby!)
