       Yield: 6 servings
       1 lb Lean Ground Beef
       1 tb Butter
     1/4 c  Onion; Minced
     1/4 ts Garlic
      16 oz Tomato Sauce; 2 Cn
       1 ts Salt
     1/4 ts Pepper
       1 c  Sour Cream
       1 c  Cottage Cheese; Creamed
   1 1/4 c  Carrots; Sliced, Cooked
       8 oz Md. Noodles; Cooked & Drain
       1 c  Cheddar; Md, Shredded
   Brown the ground beef in the butter and add the onions
   and garlic.  Stir in the tomato sauce, salt and
   pepper.  Combine the sour cream, cheese and carrots.
   Add the combination to the noodles and mix.  Alternate
   layers of the meat mixture and the noodle mixture in a
   3-quart casserole, beginning and ending with the
   noodle mixture.  Top with the cheddar cheese.  Bake at
   350 degrees F. for at least 45 minutes and serve hot.
