       Title: Marinated Flank Steak

     1/2 c  vegetable oil
     1/4 c  soy sauce
     1/4 c  red wine vinegar
       2 ts Worcestershire sauce
     1/2 ts ground ginger
       1 ts minced garlic; (1 clove)
   1 1/3 lb flank steak
 
   Mix first six ingredients for marinade.
   Put flank steak in a freezer bag, pour marinade over it, seal bag and
 freez
   e.
   To prpare for serving: Thaw flank steak, remove from marinade and grill

   0 minutes per side; or set oven to broil and/or 550F.  Broil steak 6 from
   heat until brown, turning once, about 6 minutes on one side and 4 minutes

   n the other.
   Cut steak across grain at slanted angle into thin slices.
   Makes 4 servings.
