    1                    Recipe Basic Meatballs
      1/8  Teaspoon      Instant Minced Garlic Or 1 Clove Fresh
      1/2  Pound         Fresh Mushrooms -- Sliced
      1/2  Teaspoon      Salt
    2      Large         Tomatoes Wedged Into 8Ths
    2      Tablespoons   Margarine Or Butter
      1/2  Teaspoon      Thyme Leaves
    3      Medium        Zucchini -- Sliced Thin
      1/3  Cup           Parmesan Cheese -- Grated
 
   Prepare the basic meatballs and set aside.  Melt the margarine in a large  sk
 illet.  Add the garlic, thyme leaves, mushrooms, and zucchini; cook over  mediu
 m-high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Add the  cooked meatba
 lls; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the  vegetables are tender,
  about 10 minutes.  Sprinkle with the salt and  cheese.  Add the tomato wedges,
  cover and heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
