    1                    Beef Steak -- tenderized
                         vegetable oil -- for browning meat
                         onions -- sliced
                         garlic -- chopped
                         catsup
                         Water if necessary
 
 Brown meat, onions, garlic in large pot. Smother with catsup. Cover pan and
 cook slowly until meat is tender. Add water if necessary
