Form into a loaf. Place in pan, top with bacon slices, pour extra cup of tomato juice over top. Bake 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES : For creole sauce, remove loaf to platter and add fresh or frozen peas to the sauce and cook until tender.
