       Title: CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE

       Yield: 4 servings
  
       1    Chicken, cut up, skinned
       1 cn Mushroom soup
     1/2 cn Milk
     1/2 lb Mushrooms
     1/2 c  Sherry
  
   Place chicken in casserole dish.  Mix together
   remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.  Cover.
    Bak at 350F for 45 minutes.
