    1                    fryer chicken -- cut up
    2      Tbsp.         cooking oil
    1 1/2  C.            chicken broth
    1      Can           peas -- (8 1/2 oz.) drained
    1      Small Pack    long grain rice
    1      Can           sliced mushrooms -- (3 oz.) drained
    1      Pkg.          onion soup mix
 
 Brown chicken in oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix
 remaining ingredients, spread in casserole. Top with chicken,
 sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/2
 hours.
