                              Teriyaki Chicken

    2      pounds        boned and skinned chicken breasts
    1      16 oz pkg     frozen broccoli, carrots, and
                         water chestnuts
    2      tablespoons   quick-cooking tapioca
    1      cup           chicken broth
    4      tablespoons   brown sugar
    4      tablespoons   teriyaki sauce
    2      tablespoons   dry mustard
    1 1/2  teaspoons     grated orange peel
    1      teaspoon      ground ginger
                         hot cooked rice
 
 Rinse chicken and pat dry.  Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.  In Crock-Pot place
  frozen vegetables.  Sprinkle with tapioca.  Place chicken pieces on top of veg
 etabels.  In a small bowl, mix chicken broth, brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, must
 ard, orange peel, and ginger.  Pour sauce over chicken pieces.  cover; cook on 
 Low for 4 to 65 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours.  Serve over hot cooked rice.
