       Title: Chicken With Honey And Lemon (Lebanon)

       Yield: 4 Servings
 
       1    Cleaned broiler-fryer
            -chicken, 3 lbs, quartered
       3 tb Corn oil
     1/4 c  Honey
       1 tb Lemon juice
       2 tb Worcestershire
       1 ts Salt
       1 ts Onion powder
     1/4 ts Garlic powder
 
   1. Brush chicken with oil. Arrange chicken on rack over a slow charcoal
   fire; grill for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. 2. Combine honey with
   remaining ingredients; mix well. 3. Baste chicken with honey mixture and
   place in a baking dish and brush lightly with oil. Place under a preheated
   375F oven until the chicken is cooked. Serve with rice.
