       Title: Lemon Chicken Breasts

       Yield: 1 servings     
 
       2 lg chicken breasts, bone/skinls
       1    juice of 2 lemons
     1/3 c  sour cream
     1/2 ts cornstarch
       1 ts oregano
       2 ts oil
       3 ts sugar
     1/2 ts pepper
       1 c  mushrooms, sliced
 
   Saute chicken on medium heat in oil, until cooked. Remove and keep         
   warm. Pour lemon juice into pan, whisk on medium heat to deglaze pan,      
   Add pepper and oregano. Keep whisking. Add mushrooms and stir until        
   cooked. Add sour cream, when blended well add sugar and cornstarch.        
   Whisk until fairly thickened. Pour over chicken breasts and serve.
