    6                    boneless skinless chicken breast halves
      1/2  cup           lemon juice
    3      tablespoons   vegetable oil
    3      tablespoons   wine vinegar
      1/2  teaspoon      salt
      1/2  teaspoon      white pepper -- or lemon pepper
    1      teaspoon      garlic powder
    2      large         sweet onions -- sliced
    4                    red and green bell peppers -- sliced
                         guacamole
                         salsa
   12                    flour tortillas
 
 Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder evenly over chicken.  Mix in lemon juice,
oil and vinegar, completely coating chicken.  Marinate for 1 hour.
 
 Grill chicken breast halves whole, then slice into thin strips, or slice up raw
and stir-fry.
 
 Serve with roasted peppers and onions, salsa and guacamole on warmed flour
tortillas.
