                         BUTTERFISH WITH LEMONGRASS

    2      pounds        Butterfish or other fillets
    1 1/2  tablespoons   Vinegar
    1      tablespoon    Thin sliced fresh lemongrass
    1                    Fresh Jalapeno -- chopped
    1      pinch         Sugar
      1/2  cup           Water
 
 Heat oil in frying pan on med. Add fish and then other ingred. Simmer uncovered
10 min, spooning pan juices over fish frequently.
