* Exported from MasterCook * Breaded Veal Cutlets Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Veal Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 Lb Veal steak 4 Tb Drippings 1 Egg, beaten 1 C Water Bread crumbs 1 Tb Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper Dip veal in egg and crumbs.Season.Brown in drippings,cooking on medium high to brown meat. Place in casserole or baking dish. To drippings left in skillet .add water and Worcestershire sauce.
