 This is superb pasta with any tomato-based sauce.  For real eye appeal, 
 try combining this with spinach pasta.  The basil may be adjusted to your 
 taste.
 
 *NOTE: The original recipe called for 1 T olive oil or vegetable oil 
 OPTIONAL for the extruder and (0) by hand.  I always eliminate the oil 
 when making pasta.
