      2/3  cup           Corn meal
    1                    Egg -- beaten
      1/3  cup           Flour
    2      tablespoons   Vegetable oil
    1      teaspoon      Salt
      1/2  cup           Milk
    8                    Hot dogs
 
 Here’s the recipe we use. I think it came off the container of Quaker Corn Meal
 .
 Mix dry ingredients.
 Add milk; egg, and oil. Dip hot dog on a stick in flour. Coat with corn meal
 mixture. Deep fry at 375 degrees till golden brown. Drain and serve.
