1      Lobster, cooked and shelled
 1 pint Blend (half & half)
 Break lobster into little pieces.  Saute in frying pan with butter
 for about 3 minutes.  Add blend and simmer until thickens.  This will
 thicken after about ten to fifteen  minutes.  Pour mixture over a
 piece of toast, top with another piece of toast.  Pour remaining
 mixture over sandwich and enjoy!
