    4      cups          catsup
    4      cups          chili sauce
    2      cups          brown sugar
    2      cups          vinegar
    8      large         onions -- sliced
    4                    lemons -- thinly sliced
    2      tablespoons   + 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2      tablespoons   lemon juice
    1      teaspoon      pepper
 
 Brown lamp chops in their own fat. Drain off drippings. Combine chops with rema
 ining ingredients. Chill quickly and freeze in portions suitable for your famil
 y’s use. 
 
 To serve:
 Defrost and cook chops in sauce over low heat 45 to 60 minutes; adjust seasonin
 gs.
