                                Salmon Loaf

    4      cans          (1# size) salmon
    4                    eggs -- slightly beaten
    2      cups          milk
    2      cups          potato chips -- crushed
    4      tablespoons   butter -- melted
      1/2  cup           parsley -- chopped
 
 Bone and flake salmon. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. 
 
 Place in two greased 2 quart loaf pans and freeze.
 
 To serve:
 Defrost and bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
