                          Lamb Chops in Sour Cream

   18                    shoulder lamb chops
                         cut garlic cloves
      1/2  cup           oil
    3      cups          sour cream
    3      tablespoons   vinegar
    3      tablespoons   Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2  teaspoons     salt
      3/4  teaspoon      pepper
                         paprika
                         bay leaves
 
 Rub lamb chops with cut garlic cloves. Brown in oil. Divide into suitable sized
  casseroles. Into pan drippings stir: sour cream, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce
 , salt, pepper and paprika. Pour over meat. Arrange 2 bay leaves on top of each
  casserole.
 
 Freeze in portions suitable for your family. 
 
 To serve:
 Defrost and bake at 350 for 50 60 minutes.
