                             Chicken of the Sea

      3/4  pound         mushrooms
      1/2  cup           butter
    6      cans          white-meat tuna
    3      cans          cream of mushroom soup -- diluted with
    1 1/2  cups          dry sherry
    1 1/2  cups          parmesan cheese -- grated
 
 Saute mushrooms in butter. Drain and flake tuna and place in casserole (s). Add 
 mushrooms, mushroom soup diluted with the dry sherry. Sprinkle with parmesan ch
 eese. Freeze in portions suitable for your family. 
 
 To serve:
 Defrost and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
