    3      tablespoons   olive oil
    2      tablespoons   chili sauce
    1 1/2  tablespoons   Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2  tablespoons   vinegar
           dash          salt and pepper
           dash          thyme
    1                    bay leaf
    1      cup           beef stock* -- boiling
    2                    onions -- grated
    1      clove         garlic -- crushed
    4      cups          cooked lamb -- cut up or sliced
 
 *made with 2 bouillon cubes.
 
 Combine olive oil, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and seasonings. B
 eat well together. Stir in boiling beef stock. Mix with onions and garlic and c
 ook for 15 minutes. Pour over cooked lamb. Freeze.
 
 To serve: Defrost and heat through
