                   Chocolate Coconut Crust With Ice Cream

    2      squares       unsweetened chocolate
    2      tablespoons   butter
    2      tablespoons   hot milk
      2/3  cup           confectioner’s sugar -- sifted
    1 1/2  cups          coconut -- toasted
                         ice cream -- any flavor
 
 Melt chocolate squares and butter in top of double boiler. combine milk and con
 fectioner’s sugar. Add to chocolate mixture and stir well. Add coconut. Spread 
 on bottom and sides of greased 9 pie pan. Freeze.
 
 To serve: Defrost (will defrost in less than 1 hour at room temperature) and fi
 ll with your choice of ice cream. Vanilla, Peppermint stick, pistachio, etc.
