    1      package       Jell-o
    1      package       Kool-Aid
      2/3  cup           sugar
    2      cups          hot water
    4      cups          cold water
 
 Dissolve Jell-o, Kool-Aid, and sugar in hot water. Add cold water and freeze in
  ice cube trays. Place plastic wrap over the tops of the trays. Add toothpicks 
 in each cube.
