 2 Lbs. Velveeta
 2 Lbs. Hamburger
 1 can Ro-tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
 1 can enchillada sauce
 Tortilla chips or Fritto Lay Scoops
 Brown hamburger, drain, in crockpot or Dutch oven add browned hamburger, 
 the enchillada sauce and ro-tel.  Cut Velveeta in cubes and add to mixture.  
 Cook until melted, stirring frequently.  Dip with tortilla chips or Frito 
 Lay Scoops (our favorite). Great for parties!
